Personal Information Cross-Border Transfer Authorization

Note: This Authorization applies exclusively to the cross-border transfer of personal information generated in China.
DiDi (hereinafter “we”) must transmit certain personal information of registered users (hereinafter “Investors”)of the DiDi Investor Relations website (hereinafter the “Official Website”) to servers operated by the Official Website’s service provider, Notified (the “Overseas Recipient”), and the servers are located in USA. This transfer is solely to enable us to send notifications to Investors who registered the Official Website and opt in to the Official Website’s content-update notifications. 

Please read this Authorization carefully and by confirming your subscription to Official Website update notifications and clicking the “agree” button, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to the terms of this Authorization. If you do not consent, please do not provide any personal information and we will be unable to send you such notifications.

3. Your Rights: If you decline this Authorization, you will be unable to register and will not receive update alerts from the Official Website. If you have any questions regarding the cross-border transfer of your personal information or you would like to exercise your rights of viewing, copying, correcting, supplementing or deleting your personal information, you may contact us at ir@didiglobal.com. 

Before any transfer, we will strictly adhere to the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and Didi’s internal policies, and we will require the Overseas Recipient to fulfill its data-protection obligations by processing your personal information solely for the purpose of delivering Official Website content-update notifications.
